![]() That’s when the DLC first rears its head. My ill-fated first attempt to tackle The Crimson Court started going downhill during week three of the campaign. What was already an extremely challenging game has become considerably harsher and unyielding, so much so that even gluttons for punishment may balk at the prospect of fighting the new vampiric menace. Every layer of the tactical RPG is now laced with poison and jam-packed with barbs that pierce and tear with every bite. This repetitive glitch may crash the game. The Crimson Court has transformed Darkest Dungeon into a turducken of cruelty. Sometimes the sound effect that plays after a completed expedition will repeat itself multiple times.Occasionally an enemy's guard will be placed on a hero and attacking the guarded enemy will result in the hero getting hit.The glitch was fixed in 23 June 2017 Patch. This was because the game was checking the player's inventory and quest condition only in expedition end screen this happened as the values of a completed expedition were reset back to 0 in the checkpoints in the game's code. After installing the Crimson Court DLC, players noticed that they were automatically "kicked out" of expeditions into the Hamlet (if they were in the middle of doing one) without receiving any earned loot, even when they completed the expedition.Skills that have limited uses in battle will be reset. If the player exits the save file and returns, the heroes and enemies will restore their turns, no one will be stunned, bleeding or suffering from Blight. It is unknown if this was a planned feature. ![]() If an enemy dropped a corpse and the player turns off corpses in the gameplay menu, the corpses that already took a place will remain. The developers commented with, "SORRY )". It quickly caught the attention of players and developers of the game, who in the patch 19 January 2016 fixed the glitch on the day it was introduced. This occurred because the game denied the selling of the last provision item but none prior. An infamous, but now removed glitch called "Infinite Gold Glitch" made the player able to sell a free provision item when there were two or more character provisions in a stack. The selected item will be used on the curio. When a hero with a quirk interacts with a curio, the player can quickly right click an item in the inventory. ![]()
